Masuda (益田, Masuda) is a Ryō Amakusa's friend since middle school and a freelance cameraman.
Plot[]
Masuda is with Ryo at a bar, where he tells Ryou that when he mentions he worked in Paris, he gets super popular during mixers. Masuda then comments "a little bird" told him that Ryou is into a high school girl and seeing his reaction, he realizes its true. However, Ryou explains its unrequited love, and explains how she saved him and gave him her lunch. Masuda then jokes Ryou likely told her he will repay her with his body, but realizes he indeed said that, however Ryou explains that her reaction was disgust and insults, and somehow he felt something for her. Masuda guesses that since the normal things he do to pick up women didn't work on her, he though she is better than them and Ryou guesses that may be true. Masuda then wants to call her and Ryou initially refuses but as Masuda says he will say good things about him, he agrees. At first Ichika Arima doesn't pick up and Ryou explains you need to call her about 10 times, before she picks up, but then Ichika picks up and starts yelling for calling after 1AM and then hangs up. Masuda apologizes to Ryou for making her angry, but Ryou explains that is normal for her.
Appearance[]
Masuda has an average body type and can be seen wearing an orange hoodie with gray pants and green sneakers. He has unkempt black hair and wears glasses. Moreover, he has his ears pierced.
